Who we are

Just Drinkz is a premium spirits delivery service operating in Lagos, Nigeria. We are accessible at justdrinkzng.com and can be reached at sales@justdrinkzng.com.

What data we collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect:

• Name, email address, and phone number — to process and confirm your order
• Delivery address — to fulfil your delivery within Lagos
• Order history — stored securely in our database for your records
• Authentication data — if you sign in with email and password, your credentials are managed by AWS Cognito. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us.

We do not collect or store your card details. Payment information goes directly to Monnify (our payment processor) and is never seen by Just Drinkz.

How we use your data

• To process, confirm and deliver your orders
• To send you order confirmation emails via AWS SES
• To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form
• To manage your account and authenticate your sessions

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sell it to any third party.

Third-party processors

• AWS (Amazon Web Services) — cloud infrastructure including authentication (Cognito), database (DynamoDB), email (SES), and content delivery (CloudFront). Data is processed in EU West 1 (Ireland) and US East 1 (Virginia).
• Monnify — payment processing. Your payment data is governed by Monnify's Privacy Policy.
• Google — if you use Google sign-in, Google's handling of your data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Cookies and session data

We use three httpOnly session cookies for authentication only. These are strictly necessary — without them you cannot sign in. They cannot be read by JavaScript and are never used for tracking or advertising:

• jdz_access — your access token, expires in 1 hour
• jdz_id — your identity token, expires in 1 hour
• jdz_refresh — your refresh token, expires in 30 days

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

Order records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Account data is retained until you request deletion. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at sales@justdrinkzng.com to exercise these rights.

Age restriction

Just Drinkz sells alcohol exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

Agreement to terms

By accessing justdrinkzng.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Age requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Just Drinkz. This is a legal requirement under Nigerian law. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be verified on delivery.

Products and authenticity

All products sold by Just Drinkz are sourced exclusively from authorised distributors in Nigeria. Every bottle is authenticated before dispatch. We make no representation regarding products sold by third parties using our brand name without authorisation.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Orders and payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment is received through Monnify
• Placing an order does not guarantee product availability — we will contact you if an item is out of stock
• Payment is processed securely by Monnify. Just Drinkz does not store your card details
• We accept card payments, bank transfer, and USSD

Delivery

• We deliver within Lagos only
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic and demand
• Someone aged 18 or above must be present to receive alcohol deliveries
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

Cancellations and returns

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at sales@justdrinkzng.com. We do not accept returns on opened bottles. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Limitation of liability

Just Drinkz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or the consumption of products purchased through us. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party delivery partners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Just Drinkz uses cookies only for authentication — to keep you signed in between page visits.

Our cookies — strictly necessary

We set three httpOnly session cookies when you sign in. These are strictly necessary — the site cannot function without them if you are signed in. They cannot be read by JavaScript (they are httpOnly) and cannot be used for tracking.

No tracking or advertising cookies

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. We have no interest in tracking your browsing behaviour.

Third-party cookies

• Google — if you use Google sign-in, Google may set its own cookies during the authentication process. These are governed by Google's Cookie Policy.
• Monnify — when you proceed to payment, Monnify's checkout page may set cookies. These are governed by Monnify's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — if your DNS is routed through Cloudflare, Cloudflare may set security cookies such as __cf_bm. These are security cookies used to distinguish humans from bots and are not used for tracking.

Managing cookies

You can delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Deleting the jdz_* cookies will sign you out of Just Drinkz. As we do not use tracking cookies, there is no cookie consent requirement beyond authentication.
